[SEGURIDAD](https://help.rentlysoft.com/rentlysoft?hsLang=es#seguridad) # Activar la aprobación de solicitudes de acceso ## Permite que tu administrador apruebe o rechace las solicitudes de acceso a Rently. Con el módulo de seguridad de Rently puedes hacer que tu administrador tenga la potestad de aprobar o rechazar las solicitudes de acceso de otros usuarios del sistema. Para ello, es necesario tener activado el **módulo de seguridad.** Si quieres activar el módulo de seguridad, ponte en comunicación con un representante comercial de Rently. Una vez activado el módulo de seguridad, ve a **Configuración General.** **![administrador](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/administrador.png?width=688&height=320&name=administrador.png)** Allí, selecciona **Roles **en la barra lateral debajo de la sección **Usuarios. **En administrador presiona el **ícono de Edición.** **![administrador 1](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/administrador%201.png?width=688&height=322&name=administrador%201.png)** Allí, dirígete a la pestaña **Seguridad.** Para aprobar las solicitudes de acceso, debes marcar **Puede aprobar Solicitudes de Acceso.** **![](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-27-2025-05-50-27-4957-PM.png?width=688&height=321&name=image-png-Mar-27-2025-05-50-27-4957-PM.png)** Luego presiona **Guardar.** Luego, configura los roles a los que quieres aprobar o rechazar sus accesos al sistema. Asegúrate que estén **desmarcados:** - Puede conectarse desde cualquier Dispositivo - Puede conectarse desde cualquier IP - **![](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-27-2025-06-11-27-5533-PM.png?width=688&height=322&name=image-png-Mar-27-2025-06-11-27-5533-PM.png)** Finalmente presiona **Guardar.** Cuando un nuevo usuario ingrese a Rently, el administrador recibirá un mail desde donde podrá aprobar o rechazar la solicitud de acceso.
