Pasos para crear un recorrido 1- Ir a los 9 puntos de la esquina superior izquierda y selecciona "Sucursales" ![](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/1-png-1.png?width=670&height=375&name=1-png-1.png) 2-Seleccionar la sucursal a la cual le queremos crear el recorrido ![](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2-png-2.png?width=670&height=268&name=2-png-2.png) 3-Luego ir a "Agregar Recorrido" ![](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/3-png-1.png?width=1592&height=643&name=3-png-1.png) 4-Aparecerá el siguiente recuadro ![](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-07-2026-04-17-13-4084-AM.png?width=578&height=607&name=image-png-Mar-07-2026-04-17-13-4084-AM.png) a-Destino: Sucursal con la cual queremos crear el recorrido b-Tiempo entre Reserva (En horas): Finalizada una reserva que se dio con entrega en la sucursal "A" y se devolvió en la "B", en cuanto tiempo puede volver a reservarse ese vehículo. Recomendación: En esta recuadro se contempla la distancia en horas entre ambos puntos y ademas el tiempo de preparación. c-Días: Lo mismo que el punto anterior d-Precio: Si se da una reserva que se entrega en sucursal "A" y se devuelve en sucursal "B". La reserva va a tener un recargo de lo que se coloque en este recuadro. e-Distancia: Esto aparece automaticamente ya que el sistema calcula la distancia entre ambos puntos. f-Permitir que el auto se quede en la sucursal: Si la reserva se entrega en sucursal "A" y se devuelve en sucursal "B", el vehículo se queda en la sucursal B siempre y cuando tengamos marcado esta opción, sino se genera un traslado automático. g-Disponibilidad compartida: Si está tildada esta función la sucursal "A" le comparte flola a la sucursal "B" h-Cobrar disponibilidad compartida: Si está tildad esta función, cuando la sucursal "A" utilice una flota de la sucursal "B" se va a cobrar lo establecido en precio. i-Ida y vuelta: El mismo recorrido que se establecio de la sucursal "A" hacia la sucursal "B", se establece de la sucursal "B" hacia la "A".
