Rently te permite enviar  notificaciones automáticas por correo electrónico a tus cliente para avisarles que se venció el plazo de tolerancia de devolución de una reserva. Para ello, es importante que configures a partir de qué momento tus clientes reciban este mensaje. Para ello, ve a **Configuración General.** Abre la pestaña **Configuración de Reservas.** **![siniestros(64)](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/siniestros(64).png?width=688&height=390&name=siniestros(64).png)** Allí encontrarás el campo **Tolerancia de  Devolución** (en minutos).
