[Configuración](https://help.rentlysoft.com/app-in-out?hsLang=es#configuraci%C3%B3n) # Crear un protocolo de entrega de cliente ## Con RentlySoft puedes crear un protocolo de entrega del vehículo para que el cliente lo realice con su celular y diferenciarlo dependiendo de las necesidades de cada sucursal.  Para configurar un protocolo de entrega del cliente debes dirigirte a **Configuración General** y seleccionar **Configuración In&Out. **Allí ingresa a **Configuración del Protocolo de Entrega de Cliente.** **![](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-19-2026-04-13-54-0717-PM.png?width=670&height=320&name=image-png-May-19-2026-04-13-54-0717-PM.png)** Ve a **Plantillas **y selecciona **Entrega del Vehículo (cliente)** **![](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-19-2026-04-15-20-1961-PM.png?width=670&height=320&name=image-png-May-19-2026-04-15-20-1961-PM.png)** Encontrarás una serie de pasos pre-configurados. Puedes cambiar el orden de los pasos simplemente arrastrando y soltando el paso en el lugar deseado.
