How to choose filter options and transfer them to Excel

1. Enter your home page


2. Using the examples of Cars you will need to click on the Car on the left and it will dropdown a list of options, in this case, you will choose "All Cars" for example.

3. Once on the "All Cars" page you will have to choose on the right side where the "Items per page" is, the MAX option. In order to see the total capacity.

4. Having the complete capacity displayed you are able to use any filter from the first row.

Example:

If you want to display only the San Francisco Branch you will have to click on the filter beside "Branches" or "Sucursales" in Spanish and it will dropdown an option for you to write down " San Francisco" and click on the green button to continue.
As shown below:

It will lead you to see the following:

Only the Cars that are located at the San Francisco Branch will be displayed.
In case you need the same information in Excel format, it will be as easy as coping and pasting on an Excel sheet. It will maintain its original format.

5. Pasting on the Excel Sheet would look something like the following:

6. If you finished using the filter and need it to go back to the original, the only thing you need to do is click the filter and the red button.


* Useful tips:


You can use as many filters as you need simultaneously.


If you have more bookings than the ones shown when having MAX filter on, check how the list follows on the second or posterior pages
