To start loading vehicles it is ideal to do it in the following order:
1. Brands
2. Categories
3. Models
4. Cars
1. Select Cars > Brands
By default brands will be already loaded, but in case you need a different brand than the ones shown, you will need to create a new one by clicking at the "New" button.
Write down the name of the new brand and save.
2. Select Cars > Categories
Select the pencil to edit the existing category and replace it with the correct one.
In case of needing more categories than the ones shown, you will have to select "New" and create the new one.
The fields to fill above the line are not necessary to be filled to move on, but they can me filled as needed.
The vehicle's sketch will be shown at the contract.
The information you write below the line will appear in the web page as shown. And at the same time will be the mandatory fields to complete in order to move on. so you should write the Category's Name and insert an image.
3. Select Cars > Models
Select "New"
It is necessary to fill in the fields from "Brand" and "Category", up to "Price of the Fuel"
The image's sketch will be shown in contracts. If you don't upload a new one, a sedan sketch will be shown by default
As previously mentioned, every field that is below the line will be shown at the web page.
It will be mandatory to fill in the fields below the line and insert an image to proceed.
* REMEMBER ALWAYS TO SAVE CHANGES
The SIPP code will be generating the acronyms whilst choosing the corresponding options.
In case you do not have permission to proceed with this transaction, inform your administrator so he can enable you the following permissions.
