How to edit permissions from users roles

In this article you'll find how to increment permissions to an user that needs to access more sections of the system

  1. Start by checking the Users. To create a new user, you can find indications here:
    http://help.rentlysoft.com/es/articles/5188343-como-crear-nuevos-usuarios


    2. Check which Role has the User you need.


    3. Go to Roles



    4. Click on the pencil the Role you want to edit.



    5. Edit by checking or not the boxes you need. If you check the box, means that that role will have permission to that box. In the contrary, if you leave the box unchecked, would mean that the user you are modifying won't have permission for what contains the box.
    It is important to know, Permissions are subdivided by categories. Remember to select the category you need to modify.
    Remember to always Save changes.



    In case you do not have permission to proceed with this transaction, inform your administrator so he can enable you the following permissions.
