  1. Select Bookings > Occupancy Calendar

  2. Select the Models you want to visualise. In case of not completing with any, the system will show by default all Models

  3. Select the Branch Offices you want to visualise. In case of not completing with any, the system will show by default all Branch Offices

    Each number indicates the amount of cars in each status. The Status are the following:
    * Reserved
    * Confirmed
    * Free
    * Rented
    * In Service

    In this case, the place where the number 11 is, refers to the Cars that are RESERVED
    The place where the number 5 (below the number 11) is, refers to the cars that are CONFIRMED
    The place where the number 21 is, refers to the cars that are RENTED
    The place where the number 12 is, refers to the cars that are FREE
    The place where the number 5 (beside the number 12) is, refers to the cars that are IN SERVICE

    It is important to take into account the difference that the system does to a past, actual and future day.
    The past day will only be showing Rented, Free and In service cars. It will not show the Reserved and Confirmed
    The actual and future day, will be showing what is expected from that day and the future days, updating with any modification in the bookings.
