If you have a booking that appears in the system as "Canceled" but it really isn't, it may be due to a client cancelling it in the web page.

For a client to cancel a booking at the web page they should:
​
1. Click on the "Cancel Booking" at the right superior corner of the web page
​
2. Complete with the Last Name and Booking Number
​
3. When the booking is confirmed to be cancelled, the booking will automatically appear as cancelled at the system.
