There are 3 different ways to create new clients:
First Option: Clicking on the direct access, the Client icon on the superior right corner.
Second Option: Selecting Clients - All Clients - New
Third Option: While creating a new booking, where the client is requested, by writing at least 3 letters and hitting TAB or clicking on Create.
All 3 options will lead you to the same: the creation of the new client, where you will have to complete with all the data of the client.
If you leave uncompleted and select "Save" you will be shown which fields are mandatory in order to complete the process of creating a New Client.
Either way, the more information the better.
1. Select what type of client is:
*Is Agency - Allows to link the client with a Commercial Agreement.
*Is Company - Allows to differ from a particular client.
*Is Provider - Allows to link the client to a service provided. As an example, if a mechanical workshop or a service station; by linking the provider to a service, you can check the services to be paid to the provider.
*Is Hotel - Allows to differ from a particular client.
*Tax Exempt - It will be stating that there should be no tax charged to the client. As long as the price of the tariff is different from the taxes.

2. Select the Tax payer Type
3. Select the Name and Surname in case of the client being a private customer, or, Fantasy Name and Business Name in case of being a Company.
4. Complete the Date of Birth. The system will identify the conditions of the client in case of having them. It is important to previously indicate the age restrictions for the driver at the General Configuration.

5. Complete the ID of the client. The type of document, number and Country who issued it.
6. Complete the Driver's License, with the expiration date and the country that issued it.
7. Fill in the fields in reference to the client's address.
8. Select the language of preference of the client. This will configure the language in which the templates and emails will be sent to the client.
9. Fill in the contact details of the client: Phone and Email.
10. Insert notes, in case you need them.
Remember to always save changes.
In case you do not have permission to proceed with this transaction, inform your administrator so he can enable you the "Can Administrate Customers" permission
