From any page of the system, on the lower right corner you will find the INTERCOM ICON.
When clicking on it, you have 2 options:
First option: Send us a message. You will be opening a direct chat with one of us in the Support Team, and be able to ask for help with any of your inquiries, as well as report cases that need from the IT Team.
It is important that in these type of messages you provide us with your ROLE and BOOKING NUMBER (in case it applies) to be able to assist you better.
If you click on "See all Conversations" you can see past Conversations with the Support Team.
Second Option. Find your answer: Here, by writing down keywords, you will find articles related with that keyword that you are searching.
For example, by writing down the keyword CAR you will be shown with articles that talk about Cars, or contain the word.
By clicking on the suggested article, you can see it directly on the Intercom chat.
All the articles can be found at our support website https://help.rentlysoft.com/en/
The same will be divided by specific topics of the system: Ones regarding the usage of the System, and the ones in reference to the Web Page/Customer Site
Which, likewise to the Intercom Chat, you can search for articles with keywords.
