1. Enter the client in matter

2. Select the "Set as unwanted"

3. Indicate the motive

4. Click on "Accept" in order to save changes

In case you need to revert the situation, and get him/her off the unwanted list, you should simply click on "Edit" and without any changes click on "Save"
That will get him/her off the unwanted list
