Step 1. Create the Provider (go to clients and create the insurance company as a Client-Provider)
Step 2. Go to Insurance Policies. Create the Policy with the insurance company
Complete the insurance policy details and click save.
The Policy Number can be the same for multiple vehicles, and within the policy, you can clarify if each vehicle has a specific number.
Alert Days: complete how many days before expiration you want to receive an alert.
Step 3. Access the generated policy and assign the corresponding cars by clicking on 'Add'.
Select which car the policy corresponds to and specify the specific number for that vehicle in the 'Policy Annex Number' field.
Click 'Add' to associate all the vehicles corresponding to the policy in question.
You must enter the first 4 characters of the license plate so that the cars starting with those characters are listed.
Select the vehicle, and add as many as you want.
Once finished, it is important to click 'Save' next to the 'Add' button to ensure the system successfully saves the information.
If you want to remove a car from the policy, click 'Remove' and then 'Save' next to 'Add'.
If you are unable to add insurance policies, please contact an Administrator to enable the following permissions:
Can manage insurance policies
Can edit insurance policies
