Associate an Incident with a Completed and Delivered Booking

Create an incident after a car is returned, while maintaining the connection to the reservation during which the incident occurred.

To create an incident from an already completed and delivered reservation, go to Bookings in the sidebar and select All Bookings.


Find the reservation in the list and select it by clicking on it.

Click the button with three vertical dots in the top-right corner, then select Register Incident.


This will open the incident editing page, where you must add the details of the incident.
