Send an automatic email notification to your customers when the return tolerance period has expired.
Rently allows you to send automatic email notifications to your customers to let them know when the tolerance period for returning a booking has expired. To do this, it is important to set when your customers will receive this message.
Go to General Configuration. Open the Booking Configuration tab.
There you will find the Return Tolerance field (in minutes). Enter the time there and click Save.
You can change the text of the message and translate it into different languages by going to Email Notifications in the sidebar and selecting Templates. There you will find the Notification of Reservation return period template. Click the edit icon button.
Make any necessary changes and click Save.
