Broker’s testing process

Once we have everything configured in Rently, the mapping done in the API and the commercial agreements configured according to the requirements of the brokers, we will be starting a testing process with the brokers. Brokers will be creating test bookings and sharing or not certain information about them. The Rently integrations team is the one who approves or not those tests. You may be in copy on those emails, but please do not confirm or deny any tests, as we don't just review what you see in a booking but more technical things in the API that you will not have access to. If we need your feedback, it will be explicitly requested.  

If the broker sends you tests without the Rently team in copy, you must reply to the email by selecting the “reply all” or similar option and add Rently's integrations@rentlysoft.com account so we can see previous messages.  

This process can be lengthy but very important as it is to prevent discrepancies once they are live on the broker's site.
