Change the Status of an Incident
Track an incident by updating its status to New, In Progress, or Completed.’
After completing and saving the incident form, you will access the tracking page where you can
change its status.
To access a previously registered incident, go to Incidents in the sidebar and select All Incidents. In the grid, you will find all saved incidents. Click on the incident number to open and view its details.
From there, locate the Change Status button.
In the dropdown menu, select the desired status: New, In Progress, or Completed. Finally, press the Accept button.
