Create a New Incident Type
From here you can create a category to associate it with an incident, such as collision, theft, broken glass, etc.
When creating a new incident, you will need to indicate which type it belongs to. To do this, you can create different categories.
Start by clicking the Incidents icon in the sidebar and selecting Incident Types.
There, you will find the preloaded incident types. Click the +New button.
Enter the name and select the type of coverage it belongs to (damage, rollover, theft, or hail).
Finally, click Save.
Once the incident type is created, you can edit it from the Incident Types page by clicking the edit icon.

Then, update the name, select the type of coverage it belongs to, and click Save.
