Create an Incident
Add incidents to your RMS. Associate them with a transfer or a reservation, a car change, or create one from scratch.
IMPORTANT: To start creating incidents in your RMS, you first need to define the possible incident types
With the incidents management module, you can better track and manage events involving your fleet. You can register an incident in the system:
• When dropping off a transfer or booking to the destination branch.
• In a booking with the status "Delivered" and "Finished."
• When changing one car for another in a reservation.
• Directly from scratch in the incidents grid.
