Create an Incident Associated with a Car Change
With Rently, you can associate an incident with the reasons for changing a car. Learn how to do it.
To associate an incident with a car change, go to Bookings in the sidebar and select All Bookings.
Find the booking in the list, select the booking for which you want to make the car change, and click on it.
In the section with the car information, click on the Change Car icon.
Fill in the details of the change, then check Return with Incident. In the field below, select the Type of Incident.
Finally, press the Make Drop off button.
This will open the incident editing page, where you must add the details of the event.
