Create templates with AI

To create message templates with AI in Rently, go to Administration and select Templates.

Then click the New button.

Enter a Name and a description so you can easily identify it.

In the tabs, you will see the languages available in your RMS. Select the language you want to work in by clicking on the corresponding tab.

Next, scroll down to the text editor and enter a subject line.

Then click the AI icon.

Describe the email you want to generate. The assistant will create a professional HTML template using the available model properties.

Finally, click Generate with AI.

The template will be generated automatically. You can edit it manually or rewrite the prompt to modify it.

To automatically translate it into other languages, click the translation icon.

Review the translations by navigating through the different language tabs.

Finally, click Save.
