Discover how to edit a the blog home page with BuilderDuck
With BuilderDuck, you can customize your blog home page.
To get started, navigate to 'Pages' and select 'Page List.'
Here, you'll find a list of all your pages, whether published or in draft status. Select the blog home page to customize by clicking the page name (in blue) or pressing the edit icon.
There you will find the page structure. Open the row dropdown menu to see the structure in detail.
You can add more Blog Lists or remove them, and you can also add other components.
Each component has settings to customize it. For example, if you click on the blog list component you can add a title and description from there. Also, you can customize the button text.
💡If you have a multi-language page, you must put the translation from there as well. Simply select the flag in the dropdown menu and put the text in the respective language.
Additionally, you can select if you want to display all the posts from your blog. If you want to exclude some of them, open the 'Post' dropdown menu and put the entry ID the 'Excluded IDs' field.
In the same way, to be sure to display a post on your blog home page, enter the ID in the 'Included IDs' field.
You also can change the style of your blog home page. To do it, open the 'Style' tab. There you will find Container, Tittle, Description, Image, and Button options. Open the corresponding dropdown menu and customize the desired options.
If you don't find the options to personalize the page that you like, you can add the code in the 'Advanced options.'
To check the changes, close the 'Edit Blog List' sidebar and press 'Preview Changes.'
When you finish, you can update the webpage or schedule the update date in the page settings.
