1. On the lateral vertical menu Select Mail - Templates

2. Select the pencil to edit

3. Check the box to enable mail templates to be active
   ​

   

   
   ​Remember to always save changes

   
   In case you do not have permission to proceed with this transaction, inform your administrator so he can enable you the "Can Edit Mail Notifications" permission.
