Visualise inactive mail templates to consider to reactivate

1. Select Mail > Templates

2. You can use the filter at the Active column "No"
   ​

3. Click on the pencil to enter the template
   ​

   
   

   
   ​

4. Click on "Preview" in order to visualise the mail template
   ​

   Remember not to alter the paragraph with the black background, given that it has specific codes and my modifying them it may generate an error at the template.

   

In case you do not have permission to proceed with this transaction, inform your administrator so he can enable you the "Can Edit Mail Notifications" permission.
