How to Automatically Cancel Bookings with Pending Payments

Builderduck allows you to automatically cancel reservations that were started with online payment methods but were not completed.

To prevent reservations from being held by incomplete bookings, go to Reservation Settings and open General Settings. There you will find the Payment Reminders section. Expand this section and enable the Enable Automatic Cancellation switch.

Below, enter the number of minutes you want to wait after the reservation is created without the required payment being recorded.

Finally, click Save Changes.
