How to Create a Reminder for Pending Bookings
Builderduck allows you to send reminders so users can complete reservations that were started with online payment methods but not finalized. These reminders can appear as a pop-up on the website or be sent by email.
If a user starts a booking and selects an electronic payment method but does not complete the process, Builderduck can display a pop-up reminder during their visits to the website.

To enable this feature, go to Reservation Settings and open General Settings. There you will find the Payment Reminders section. Expand this section and activate the Enable Web Reminder switch.

Below, enter the number of minutes you want the reminder to remain active.
To send a reminder by email, enable the Enable Email Reminder switch. Below, you can choose how many minutes after the reservation becomes pending the email will be sent.

Finally, click Save Changes.
