      How to create an Agency as a Customer


      1. Go to "All Customers" > "New" to create a new customer.

       

      For more information on how to create a customer: How to create a new customer

      2. Select "Is Agency" to be able to link it to a Commercial Agreement

      3. Complete with your IATA Code

       

      In case you are a Hotel and want to link it to a Commercial Agreement, it will be necessary to select: Is Hotel and Is Agency. The commercial agreements are only linked to Agencies.

      Always remember to save changes.
