How to deactivate/remove vehicles

If you wish to deactivate/delete a vehicle, you must follow these steps:

1. Go to ‘Cars’ > ‘All cars’.

2. Search for the vehicle you wish to deactivate. If you have many vehicles registered, you can use the search engine to find the exact vehicle you want to deactivate by entering its ‘Registration Number’ or ‘Nickname’.

3. Access the vehicle information by double-clicking on it.

4. Once inside the information, click on DELETE.

Confirm the action again by pressing delete.

Once this has been done, the vehicle will be deactivated. Its history and information will remain stored in the system, but it will not be available for any operations.

Deactivated vehicles can be reactivated at any time.

If you do not have sufficient permission, contact an administrator to enable the permission: You can delete cars.
