Go to Rates \> Oversale   IMAGEN   2\. Select "New" to register a new Oversale.   IMAGEN   3\. You must complete all of the following information: - Select the branch or branches you wish to have Oversale.   - Indicate the range of dates you want an Oversale to be applied.   - Select the category(ies) that will be Oversold   - Indicate which external users will have the possibility to apply the Oversale   - Select if it is only for external users. Otherwise, leave unselected. If you select only for external users, this means that only external users will be able to make a reservation with Oversale. And it will not be possible to make an Oversale directly from the system. You can select that the Oversales applies to as many branches as you want, as well as categories.   IMAGEN   4\. On the right side of the system, you will see the form to be completed. ​ You must indicate the type of Oversale, with the following possibilities: - **Quantity** - you must indicate the value, which will automatically calculate the percentage. - **Percentage** - you must indicate the value, which will automatically calculate the quantity. - **On request** - this option, allows the oversale to be "*On Request*". A button will appear on the website that says "On Request" and the reservation will be entered into the system as "On Request" as well. - **Blocked - **by selecting this option, you will be able to block the category you select. - **Released - **there is no limit to the number of reservations, no matter the availability of the different categories.
