Notification Before Return

Send your customers an automatic reminder of their upcoming car return.

With Rently, you can remind your customers of the return time for their rented car by sending them an automatic email notification. 

To set how far in advance this email will be sent, go to Email Notifications in the sidebar and select Templates. There, you’ll find the template Notification X Hours Before Return. Click the button with the edit icon.

In the Mail Settings section, you'll find the field Hours Before Return. Enter the number of hours before the return time you want the reminder to be sent.

In the section below, you can edit the template and translate it into different languages by switching between the corresponding tabs.

Finally, click Save.
