      Request ID and/or Driver’s License Photo

      With BuilderDuck, you can ask your customers to attach a photo of the front/back of their personal ID and/or driver’s license in the reservation form.

      To request the ID and/or driver’s license photo in the checkout form, go to Pages in the sidebar and select Forms. Then, open the Checkout Form.

      Go to the Document Fields section and drag and drop the ID Photo and Driver’s License Photo fields into the form.

      Then click Update.

      The user will see this field in the checkout form, where they can upload both the front and back of the document either from a file or by taking a live photo.
