Send a Vehicle Delivery Link to a Customer 

With RentlySoft, you can configure both the vehicle delivery and return processes to be completed by the customer from their mobile phone. To do so, you need to share a link so they can complete your rental company’s protocol.


With RentlySoft, you can configure the vehicle delivery process to be completed by the customer from their mobile phone. To do this, go to Reservations in the side menu and open the reservation.

There, click Send Notification.

Then, select the vehicle delivery protocol.

Next, select the language, the recipient, and whether you want to add a blind carbon copy (BCC).

Finally, click Submit
