Send an email to your clients to confirm if their insurance meets your requirements.
When a client makes a booking, you can send them an email to confirm if their insurance meets your car rental requirements. To do this, the integration with Axle must be enabled.
To start, go to Bookings in the sidebar and press All bookings. There, select the desired booking on the row.
At the top of the screen, press Send Notifications. There, select Axle Insurance Verification Request. Check if the email add ress and content are ok, and press Send.
To see the emails sent, go to the details section and press the Notifications by Emails tab. There, you will find the Axle Insuranse Verification Request.
Your client will receive an email with a link that redirects them to the Axle page where they can enter their insurance details.
Once they submit the information, it will be associated with the booking.
