Notify customers about repair costs and the completion of an incident. Alert an internal user who needs to follow up
After completing and saving the incident form, you can send notifications from there.
To access, go to Incidents in the sidebar and select All Incidents. In the grid, you will find all saved incidents. Click on the incident number to open and view its details.
From there, you will find the Send Notification button. Click it.
Choose the type of notification you want to send from the dropdown menu, with the following options available:
• Repair Cost Notification (to the customer associated with the incident)
• Completion Notification (to the customer associated with the incident)
• Notification to the Responsible User
Add any relevant information and press the Send button
