Track an Incident
Assign a responsible user, record charges, add payments, change the incident status, and create associated invoices.
After completing and saving the incident form, you can begin tracking it.
To access, go to Incidents in the sidebar and select All Incidents. In the grid, you will find all saved incidents. Click on the incident number to open and view its details.
This will take you to the screen where you can track the incident.
Available Actions:
• Change Status (New, In Progress, or Completed)
• Create Invoice
• Add Payment
• Assign a Responsible User
• Send Notification about repair costs, completion, or the responsible user
