IMPORTANT:
- A delivered reserve cannot be cloned
- A cloned corporate reservation will not be cloned as corporate.
Go to Bookings - All Bookings
2. Select a booking
3. Click on the three dots drop-down menu and then click on “Clone Bookings”.
4. If the booking you wish to clone does not appear, you must select “See another period”.
5. Then, select the start and end date of the period.
6. Select the booking you want to clone
7. Select the menu of the three dots and then “Clone Booking”.
8. Select the reservation by clicking on the box that will be marked with a tick (✔) and then click on “Clone”.
9. When the system asks if you are sure, click on “Yes”.
