To begin loading vehicles in to Rently, it is ideal to do it in this specific order.

1. Brands
2. Categories
3. Models
4. Vehicle

Some brands will be generated by default. In the case of having a vehicle of a brand that is not loaded it should be generated by clicking on the "New" button on the top left corner.

Type the name of the brand and hit Save.

Here you will also see some categories generated by default. Ensure that these are configured in the most practical way for your use of the system, if necessary edit or delete the generated categories. It is also possible to load new categories by clicking on the "New" button on the top left corner.

Fields above the red line are not obligatory, these can be filled if the system is going to work with availability/prices based on category.

The vehicle's Sketch will be shown in the contract, it is not obligatory, if empty the contract will be generated with a sketch of a generic car.

The fields below the colored line are what is going to be shown on the web page and are obligatory to continue, an image and a name should be assigned to the category.

In this step you will be loading each individual car, with it's corresponding plate.

On the right hand size you will se a window that allows you to input service information (the last time, either on Km or by date that the services loaded on to Rently where done on the car).
