1) First step: Create supplier (go to customer and generate the insurance company as CUSTOMER-SUPPLIER)
2) Go to insurance policies, and create the policy with the insurance company.
Fill in the information of de insurance policy and click on "Save".
In this step the number for the policy must be the same for most vehicles, and then within the policy it can be clarified if each vehicle has a particular number.
Days to alert: fill in how many days before the expiration you want to receive an alert.
3) Third step: Enter into the generated policy and assing the corresponding cars by clicking on "Add".
Select which car the policy corresponds to, and clarify the specific number for that vehicle in the "Policy annex number" field.
Click Add to associate all the vehicles that correspond to the policy in question.
You must enter the first 4 characters of the license plate so that the cars that begin with them are listed.
Select the vehicle and add as many as you want.
When finished, it is important to click on "Save" next to the "Add" button so that the system successfully saves the information.
If you want to remove a car from that policy, you must click on "Remove" and then "Save" next to "Add".
If you are unable to add Insurance Policies, please contact an Administrator to enable the following permissions.
- Can manage insurance policies
- You can edit insurance policies
