1. Log in to Bookings > All Bookings

1. Enter Reservations > All You will be able to see in the column where there is a filter applied that the 3 dots are with another darker color.

2. If you want to filter by Branch, go to the "Branch" column > "Filters" > desired Branch > "Filter"

3. If you need to view all the bookings of all branches, you can "Clean filters" by clicking on the 3 dots in the column in question and click on "Filters" > "Clean filters"

Another way to filter by branch is to go to the Finder and type in the desired branch

4. From those same 3 points (the same for each column) you will have several options:

  • Ascending Order : You will be able to sort the bookings in an ascending order. Which in turn can be applied by clicking on the name of the column itself

  • Descending Order : You will be able to sort bookings in descending order. Which in turn can be applied by clicking on the name of the column itself

  • Columns : You will be able to select those columns that you want to display, and leave unselected those that you want to hide

Filters - You will be able to filter according to what you need.

Important things to keep in mind when applying filters. First, you'll have a list of options:

- Equals

- It's different from

- Is subsequent to or equal to

- It's later

- Is prior to or equal to

- Is previous

- It is null and void

- Not null and void

Second, you will need to select the condition:

- "And" refers to the fact that it is the sum of the two concepts

- "Or" refers to the fact that they are the two concepts only

That is, as an example, in case you want to filter by the dates of the month of May, you must enter "It is after or equal to" + "And" + "It is before or equal to" and then click on "Filter"

If you need to filter excluding a period, i.e. see the whole year except the month of May, you must enter the same, only changing the letter "Y" for the letter "O".

5. Another option to filter is by dragging a column to the space above the columns. You can drag as many columns as you want.

For example, if you want to filter by Customer, it would look like this:

6. You will be able to see the totals in the "Price" column. Keep in mind that if there are different currencies, they must filter them from the "Currency" column.

7. You can also download in excel format by clicking on "Export to Excel"

If you want to go back to the original columns, you just have to click on the cross next to Customer (according to the image above).

It is important to note that those columns that are removed or added will only modify the grid of the user who did it. When you log in again, you will be able to see the columns as you previously added or deleted.

If you do not have sufficient permission, please contact an administrator to enable the "Can view fleet status" permission and you will need to select "Branch" or "Global" for it to work. If you select "No" you will not be able to apply the filters.
