The first step is to go to the "Last minute reservations" sub-menu inside the Rates section.
Inside this section we will be able to add new configurations for last minute charges with the "New" button.
Here we will find the different possible configurations for last minute charges.
Minute from: Minute from which we consider a reservation to be last minute (0 being the reservation time).
Minute to: Configuration of the opposite end of the extra charge (120 minutes would cover a reservation if it is generated at less than two hours of the moment of delivery).
Modifier: number from 0,0 to 1 that stipulates the modification that will be applied to the price (0,5 will generate an increase of 50%)
Available for systems: It is possible to configure if this function is exclusive for the internal system or if applies to external systems.
Always available: Will generate the extra charge in both systems
Not available for external systems: Will generate the extra charge only for the internal system.
Only available for external systems: Will generate the charge only for external systems.
Branch offices: It is possible to make the charge only available for specific branch offices. If it is valid for all branch offices, it is not necessary to select them.
Don't forget to save changes
Once the extra charge is set, we will see that they will be applied automatically in the new reservations that fulfill the stipulated configurations. Inside the reservation history, the additional charge will be specified.
