Create a New Incident Item

From this section, you can add the necessary items to repair the car after an incident by associating a cost and a price.

When you create a new incident, you must specify its type and the items required for the repair. You can pre-load the most common items with their respective costs and prices to simplify the process.
Start by clicking the Incidents icon on the sidebar and selecting Incident Item Types.


There, you will find the types of pre-loaded incident items. Click the +New button.


Here, you can add the item name, price, and cost. Finally, click Save.

 

Once the item is created, you can edit it from the Incident Item Types page by clicking the Edit icon.


Modify the name, cost, and/or price, and then click Save.
