Esses lembretes podem aparecer como um pop-up no site ou ser enviados por e-mail. Se um usuário iniciar uma reserva e selecionar um meio de pagamento eletrônico, mas não concluir o processo, o Builderduck pode exibir um pop-up de lembrete durante as visitas do usuário ao site. ![](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/imagen-png-Mar-06-2026-08-50-32-8919-PM.png?width=670&height=310&name=imagen-png-Mar-06-2026-08-50-32-8919-PM.png) Para ativar esse recurso, vá até **Configurações de Reservas** e abra **Configurações Gerais**. Lá você encontrará a seção **Lembretes de Pagamento**. Para enviar um lembrete por e-mail, ative o switch **Habilitar Lembrete por E-mail**.
