Para configurar um protocolo de devolução do cliente, vá até **Configurações Gerais** e selecione **Configurações In & Out**. Você pode alterar a ordem das etapas simplesmente arrastando e soltando cada etapa na posição desejada. Caso selecione **Padrão**, o protocolo será aplicado a todas as filiais.
