Para isso, acesse Configurações gerais \> Configurações de reservas: ![](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-23-2026-05-26-28-4670-PM.png?width=1911&height=355&name=image-png-Feb-23-2026-05-26-28-4670-PM.png) Nas configurações de reservas, desça até encontrar “prazo máximo para cancelamento após a entrega”. ![](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-23-2026-05-30-02-6870-PM.png?width=759&height=90&name=image-png-Feb-23-2026-05-30-02-6870-PM.png) Neste campo, podemos inserir o número de minutos que desejamos configurar como tempo máximo para cancelar uma reserva após a entrega. Depois de configurar o tempo máximo de cancelamento, poderemos cancelar reservas entregues, desde que estejam dentro do limite de tempo configurado. Dentro da reserva entregue que queremos cancelar, e se ela estiver dentro do prazo expresso, temos a opção de “cancelar reserva” e podemos selecionar o motivo do cancelamento.
