Alerta um usuário interno que deve dar seguimento ao caso. Após preencher e salvar um formulário de solicitação, você poderá enviar notificações a partir dele. Para acessar esse recurso, vá até "Solicitações" na barra lateral e selecione "Todas as Solicitações". Na grade, você encontrará todas as suas solicitações salvas. As opções disponíveis são: - Notificação de custo de reparo (para o cliente associado à solicitação) - Notificação de conclusão (para o cliente associado à solicitação) - Notificação ao usuário responsável.
