# Criar um Protocolo de Devolução

## Com o RentlySoft, você pode criar um protocolo de devolução para o App In & Out e personalizá-lo de acordo com as necessidades de cada filial.

Para configurar um protocolo de devolução, vá até **Configurações Gerais** e selecione **Configurações In & Out**. Em seguida, acesse **Configuração do Protocolo de Entrega**.

Vá em **Modelos** e selecione **Entrega do Veículo**.

Você encontrará uma série de etapas pré-configuradas. Você pode alterar a ordem das etapas simplesmente arrastando e soltando cada etapa na posição desejada.

Para excluir uma etapa, selecione-a e clique no ícone de exclusão.

Para adicionar uma nova etapa, clique em **+ Adicionar Etapa**.

Lá, você pode selecionar diferentes tipos de etapas, como:

- Uma instrução
- Uma entrada de opção
- Texto
- Um booleano (sim/não)
- Foto
- Assinatura
- Revisão de fotos
- Incidente
- Quilometragem
- Combustível
- Adicionais

Após adicioná-la, você pode alterar o título e a descrição nos respectivos campos.

Para traduzi-la automaticamente, clique no ícone de tradução.

Por fim, você pode selecionar em qual filial aplicar este protocolo de devolução.

Na parte superior da tela, abra o menu suspenso e selecione a filial.

Caso selecione **Padrão**, o protocolo será aplicado a todas as filiais.

Por fim, clique em **Salvar**.
