[AXLE](https://help.rentlysoft.com/rentlysoft?hsLang=es#axle) # Verificar la compatibilidad del seguro con Axle ## Verifica si la solicitud de verificación de seguro de Axle para una reserva se ajusta a los requisitos de tu empresa de alquiler de autos y consulta los detalles. [Cuando actives Axle](https://help.rentlysoft.com/habilita-axle-insure?hsLang=es) y [configures los requisitos de tu empresa de alquiler de autos](https://help.rentlysoft.com/configuraci%C3%B3n-de-montos-de-cobertura-de-axle?hsLang=es), la persona que realizó la reserva recibirá una solicitud de verificación de seguro. Una vez que respondan, podrás consultar en Rently si cumplen con los requisitos o no. Para hacerlo, ve a **Reservas** en la barra lateral y selecciona **Todas las reservas**. Luego, selecciona la reserva deseada en la fila. En la tarjeta del cliente, encontrarás los **Resultados de la Póliza de Seguro**. Si haces clic en el ícono del escudo con la "i" en el centro, podrás ver los detalles. ![Axle (6)](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Axle%20(6).png?width=688&height=390&name=Axle%20(6).png) Verás la cobertura del seguro para responsabilidad civil, validez después de la entrega del vehículo, información del conductor y el deducible para la cobertura por colisión. ![Axle (7)](https://help.rentlysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Axle%20(7).png?width=688&height=390&name=Axle%20(7).png) Si el conductor registrado en la reserva no aparece como cubierto por el seguro, se considerará rechazado. Los asegurados se crearán automáticamente como clientes en Rently. Puedes verificarlo haciendo clic en la flecha junto al nombre del asegurado. En el último campo, encontrarás el documento del **Informe de Póliza** adjunto. En el enlace **api\_response.api**, encontrarás la información compartida de Rently a Axle.
