      Create a Booking Form for Agencies or Companies

      Allow agencies or companies to create user accounts through your checkout forms. Customize the fields according to your rental business's needs.

      To enable agencies or companies to create a user account on your site via the web checkout form, go to Forms in the sidebar and select Checkout Form. Then, click the Edit icon.

      Next, activate the option Show Company Field.

      Below, the fields you can add will be displayed. Simply drag and drop them where you want them to appear in the form.

      You can choose whether to display the driver details. If you enable this option, First Name, Last Name, and ID will become mandatory fields.

      Once you've finished making changes, click Update.

      When making a reservation, agencies will be able to create a user through a form like this.
