How to disable the billing form requirement

With BuilderDuck, you can disable the requirement to complete the billing form that appears after the booking form (or checkout). You can disable it for all your payment methods or just for some.

To disable the billing form, go to Booking Settings and open General Settings.

Go to Payment Methods. You’ll see the available payment methods and, next to each one, a switch labeled Disable billing form. Turn it on to deactivate the form.

You can disable it for some methods and keep it active for others, depending on your company’s needs.

When you're done, click Save Changes.
