Once you have your Stripe account, to retrieve your Stripe API keys, follow these steps:
Log in to your Stripe account.
Click on the "Developers" option in the left-hand sidebar.
Select "API keys".
If you haven't created a secret key yet, click on the "Create secret key" button.
You'll see your "Test" and "Live" API keys. To view the secret key, click on the "Reveal live key token" button next to the Live key. To view the public key, simply copy it from the dashboard.
5.a If you can not see the "Reveal" button. You will have to create a new secret key and will be able to copy it once.
5.b If you loose your secret key, you can just create a new one.
Once you have your API credentials, you need to configure the connection with the RENTLY system. To do this, follow these steps:
Access the Payment Platforms configuration.
Configure the payment method.
Manage your credentials by clicking on the button at the bottom of the submenu. Then, generate a new entry for your credentials.
It's important to note that you need to have a generated account to associate the movements generated by the payment platform.
If necessary, you can have different credentials for specific branches.
Finally, complete the Public Key and Secret Key fields with the values you obtained from Stripe. Once you're done, save the changes.
Please make sure to check "available for external systems" if you intend to use it on the web.
If you don't have the information from stripe, do not complete the field "Location". The connection will work without it.
In case of using Physical Terminals, you should make the configurations on Stripe's App.
